For over thirty years, Tad has been involved in the production of over twenty feature films, having contributed to visual effects on: the Spider Man Series, Men in Black III, Monster House and Arthur Christmas and many of the most beloved animated movies of all time – including Mulan, The Iron Giant and Aladdin.
He held a key role at Disney Animation developing and integrating computer graphics into the production process, including the groundbreaking clock sequence in The Great Mouse Detective.

He is currently working for the Aerospace Corporation leading the software effort on a research project for NASA.
